Mist
Mist came from an overcrowded situation where she was socialized with other animals but had limited experience with people and the outside world. She can be nervous when meeting new people and will need a patient adopter who is willing to give her the time, patience, and encouragement she needs to learn all about being a dog. Mist is still discovering things like walking on leash, meeting new people, and all the other skills that come with life in a home, but she has a sweet side that shines through when she feels comfortable. She wants to be loved and, with a little time and patience, we think she'll show you just how special she can be! A confident dog in the home may also be a wonderful companion for Mist and help her learn the ropes. Our adoption counselors will be happy to provide tips and tricks to help Mist continue building her confidence and get off to a great start!
All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
