Twyla has been incredibly brave throughout her heartworm disease journey. When she arrived at the shelter, she tested positive for heartworm disease. The HSC veterinary team has completed her heartworm treatment, and she has made a full recovery. She is looking forward to a heartworm-free future in her new home. All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
