Young dogs like me are looking for homes that are prepared to teach us lots of new skills and show us new things! I'll need to learn walking on a leash, what are toys and what are not toys, potty-training, and all the ways to be the best dog for you that I can be. The good news is, HSC has a knowledgeable staff that can offer advice and recommendations so that you and I can get off on the right foot!
I may be shy during our first introduction but give me some extra time and I will be happy to show you my true personality!  Because of my quiet nature, I would do best in a household with low to moderate activity. 

Los perros jóvenes como yo buscamos hogares que estén preparados para enseñarnos muchas cosas nuevas. Necesitaré aprender a caminar con correa, distinguir cuáles son mis juguetes y cuáles no, hacer mis necesidades en el lugar correcto y aprender todo lo necesario para convertirme en el mejor compañero posible. ¡Lo bueno es que el personal de HSC estará encantado de ofrecerte consejos y recomendaciones para que empecemos con el pie derecho!
Puede que sea un poco tímido cuando nos conozcamos por primera vez, pero si me das un poco más de tiempo, estaré encantado de mostrarte mi verdadera personalidad. Debido a mi carácter tranquilo, me iría mejor en un hogar con un nivel de actividad bajo o moderado.

All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
