Wine Pull Donation Form 2023

Wine donations are due by Friday, September 29th and can be dropped off at the Humane Society of Charlotte or picked up by one of our volunteers. If you have questions, please email events@humanecharlotte.org. The Humane Society of Charlotte is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Tax ID number: 58-1342479. Donors will receive a tax receipt after the Gala.
