Community Cat Program
Stray and feral felines, also known as "community cats," have unique needs that require special attention. These felines are outdoor creatures and, based on their level of socialization, may not be suitable for adoption due to their fear of humans. We have designed a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program, which provides the necessary care and support to stray and feral cats in Charlotte.
