Humane Helpers is back! Is your child a little young for Student Service Day but still wants to help out at the Humane Society of Charlotte? Humane Helpers is for them! Children ages 5-8 are invited to come to HSC to help our animals while having fun!
We will cover different topics such as how to be safe around animals, a pet’s journey through HSC, how to appropriately play with cats and dogs, training, and animal care. Each program will include an interactive lesson, a helping/service activity, and animal time.
This program is for children only. Parents will drop off and pick up their child(ren) – it’s great time to run a couple errands! Close-toed shoes and long pants are required.
