Animal Advocacy Club – Kickoff Session
Are you a high school student passionate about animals and ready to make a difference? Join the Animal Advocacy Club at the Humane Society of Charlotte, a four-month, hands-on program designed to empower teens in Grades 9–12 to speak up for animal welfare.
In this monthly series, you’ll dive into important topics like pet overpopulation, ethical breeding, animal behavior, access to care, and more through interactive sessions, guest speakers, and hands-on activities. You’ll build skills, connect with like-minded peers, and learn how to create meaningful change for animals in your community.
